Seasonal food from the hills, cooked slowly and served with a view that asks you to stay a little longer.
Most of what reaches your plate begins within a few hours' walk of the kitchen—greens from the kitchen garden, dairy from the neighbouring farm, and honey gathered from the ridge above.
The menu follows the season rather than a fixed script. Some dishes appear for a week; others, like our buckwheat pancakes, never leave.
Explore the menuHerbs, greens and seasonal vegetables are picked the same morning they reach your plate.
